SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All of our products are shipped with Australia Post unless you have been notified otherwise. All items are made to order and will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of the order date. Afterpay orders are sent within 14 days.
COVID-19 UPDATE: there are currently national and international delivery delays in all destinations due to a high volume of deliveries, flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19. You can find out more about domestic delivery delays HERE and international delays HERE.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We offer a flat shipping fee on all items of $10 for standard tracked shipping (3-5 business days) or $15 for express tracked shipping (1-3 business days).
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
International shipping is available to most countries at a flat rate. Duties and taxes may apply when your order arrives depending on the tax laws in your country, if you have any questions regarding this please email us before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Bulley Bulley pieces, which is why we offer returns or exchanges on items for 14 days from the date your order was received. To arrange a return simply email us on info@bulleybulley.com to let us know it is on it's way and post your item back to us at -

Returns cannot be accepted on custom pieces, garments with custom changes or pieces that have been damaged after purchase.
